HKM4 AXLE

Rifle - HKM4, HK416 and HK417 Prototype

Style - Three position, full auto axle with a single fixed lever

Throw - 0/90/180

Left side -  Fixed steel lever with position indicator.

Right side - Smooth axle face with position indicator

The axles used for the original HKM4 rifles were not made by Heckler & Koch, they were mil-spec M16A1 / M16A3 / M4A1 selectors procured from a civilian military surplus seller in the US.

HK416 AXLE

Style - Three position, full auto axle with a single fixed lever

Throw - 0/90/180

Left side -  Fixed steel lever

Right side - Smooth axle face with paint filled position indicator. 

HK416 SEMI AUTO

Rifle - HK416SF

Style - Two position semi auto axle with fixed steel lever

Throw - 0/90

Left side - Fixed steel lever

Right side - Smooth axle face with paint filled position indicator

HK416 A1 AXLE

Rifle - HK416 A1, HK416 A2, HK417

Style - Three position, full auto axle designed to accept one steel levers with coil style retaining pins

Throw - 0/90/180

 Left side - Removable steel lever with coil style retaining pin.

Right side - smooth axle face with paint filled position indicator.

The steel, ambidextrous selector lever used on HK416, HK417 , M27 IAR and MR A1 rifles.
